Contact and booking details — when you request a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address and the purpose of your enquiry.

Account details — when you register for the Clasey platform, we collect your name, email address and organisation details.

Brand and content data — information you add to the platform, such as brand profiles, audiences, campaigns, media and generated content.

Social channel connections — when you connect a social account (for example Instagram or Facebook), we store the authorisation tokens needed to publish on your behalf, together with the connected account's name and identifier. We never see or store your social media passwords.

Usage data — basic technical information about how the site and platform are used, such as pages visited and actions taken, used to operate and improve the service.

To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.

To create and manage your platform account and workspace.

To generate marketing content and insights you request.

To publish content to the social channels you explicitly connect and schedule.

To operate, secure and improve our website and platform.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your brand data to train models for other customers.

Connections to social platforms such as Instagram and Facebook are made through the platform's official authorisation flow. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time from the Social Accounts page, which revokes our ability to publish on your behalf.

We use these connections only to publish and schedule the content you choose, and to read the analytics needed to show you performance insights.

We process personal data under UK GDPR on the following bases: performance of a contract (providing the platform and services you sign up for), legitimate interests (operating and improving our services and responding to enquiries), and consent (where you connect a social channel or ask us to publish on your behalf).

We use a small number of trusted service providers to host and operate the platform (cloud hosting, database, email delivery and AI content generation). These providers process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Content is shared with social platforms only when you explicitly connect a channel and choose to publish.

We keep booking and enquiry data for up to 24 months. Platform account data is kept while your account is active; when you delete your account or workspace, we delete or anonymise the associated data within 90 days, except where we must keep records by law.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clasey.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the platform securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
